I have lexmark x3350 all-in-one printer... i need to scan a document but its showing an error msg 'clear the carrier jam'........ what does that mean???
i haven't placed cartridges in the printer but i just wanna use scanner... can i use it without catridges ?? n how to clear that msg... have restarted it but... same msg s being displayed.......plz help...........
Please download the scan driver from support.lexmark.com. After installing the scan driver, please check the scanner under Imaging Device from device manager. If scanner shows under imaging devices, open the scanning program and scan a document.
