120 over 80 is considered normal. High sodium diets make it go up. Stay away from sugar and high salty foods to lower it.

What is normal systole range

A normal systolic blood pressure is 120 or below. A systolic blood pressure of 120-139 means you have normal blood pressure that is higher than ideal, or borderline high blood pressure.

What is the normal blood pressure rate of a persons fro 39yrs

"NORMAL" is a relative term...

Look at the numbers in the picture YOU submitted...
My picture is better (both could be considered "GOOD")

I'd make two suggestions for that:
1. The diastolic is a bit high... cut the SALT INTAKE
2. THE PULSE is actually high
...

70 is not a great "resting" pulse: SERIOUSLY CONSIDER GETTING AROBIC level of exercise several days every week.

But the most IMPORTANT suggestion I can give...
VERY SOUND advise:

Routinely visit your DOCTOR...!!

Don't get MEDICAL OPINIONS off of the internet.
Treat your health like your life depends on it.

It's your diet (high cholesterol) that's going to kill you.

It does...!!

My bottom blood pressure is high 93 could you please tell me what can i do for my blood pressure come in normal. Thanks

Go see a medicial doctor not a web site --your doctor will know your history and may prescribe a diet if on meds may change them or even need to prescribe medication to make adjustment --all this is also depending on your age gender how you live and prior health

My blood pressure is 110/95 and my heart rate is 124/bpm. I am pregnant what does that mean?

110/95 Blood Pressure
Is 110/95 Good Blood Pressure or High Blood Pressure?

There are two parts or two separate numbers referred to as blood pressure: Systolic/Diastolic. If the blood pressure is 110/95 (110 over 95), it means that the systolic pressure is 110 and the diastolic pressure is 95.

110/95 blood pressure can also be read as 110/95 mm Hg, or 110/95 millimeters of mercury. The 110 mm Hg Systolic refers to the pressure in the arteries when the heart beats, and the 95 mm Hg Diastolic is the pressure in the arteries between heartbeats.

When determining if 110/95 is a good blood pressure, we looked at the American Heart Association's blood pressure chart.

Blood Pressure Systolic Diastolic Normal Less than 120 Less than 80 Prehypertension 120 - 139 80 - 89 High Blood Pressure
(Hypertension) Stage 1 140 - 159 90 - 99 High Blood Pressure
(Hypertension) Stage 2 160 or higher 100 or higher Hypertensive Crisis
(Emergency care needed) Higher than 180 Higher than 110
For 110/95 to be good, both numbers must fit into the "normal" category above. Otherwise, it will fall into other categories of High Blood Pressure.

Systolic reading of 110 is in the Normal range.
Diastolic reading of 95 is in High Blood Pressure (Hypertension) Stage 1 range.
Therefore, 110/95 is High Blood Pressure (Hypertension Stage 1).
