Probably at the site but the training collars are inhumane in my opinions. whistles and treats, lots of praise work a lot better. Your dog REALLY wants to please you. so don't be harsh.:)

they are only for training,you should be all done training in 30 days,contact the company or replace the batteries

These collars are inhumane. Patience, a whistle and treats work far better and your dog will not hate you or fear you. Dogs only want to please their owners. so kindness, a firm voice, and patience love work very, very well. :)

I just bought an Esky dog training collar, but when I plug the receivers in to charge, the reciever beeps and flashes lights but won't charge. What am I doing wrong?

They are nasty things to use on a dog. Why not use a harness and a long rope to train your dog?

My Esky dog collar does not work in any mode. The first problem was when the collar would not stop beeping. Now it will turn on, but it will not beep, vibrate or shock. What do I do?
