First of all switched offf this cell u can remove its battery & put it again then wait for a 10second then do this magic
PRESS !<< & >>! & same time Press Power switch {left button in centre jog dial + right button in centre jog dial + Power Switch} & wait for a munit u ill see on screen formating at this time press Green Button thats is call button & this ill hard reset your O2 xda stealth

the only way that you can fix it is to send your mobile to a service center and lt them change your screen with a new one.

there must be something wrong with your installations... check the connectors... there could be some lose connection pal...

that is a program trouble... the best way to solve it is to visit your local cellphone repair shop... reformat or reprogram will solve your problems pal..

contact your retailer about the phone password... they know the password for sure..
