code P1518 is .... no communication between electronic throttle module and PCM

I am assuming you mean F150 truck.
The answer is maybe.
Code 305 and 306 are missfire codes for cylinders 5 and 6.
Code 1518 is for a problem with the intake manifold runner control which could cause the other two codes.

P1518 FORD Description The Intake Manifold Runner Control (IMRC) is monitored for failure during continuous or key ON engine OFF self-test.
Possible causes - Intake Manifold Runner Control (IMRC) harness is open or shorted
- Intake Manifold Runner Control (IMRC) circuit poor electrical connection
- Faulty Intake Manifold Runner Control (IMRC) actuator
- Faulty Engine Control Module (ECM)

After extensive searching and trial and error I found that the cause for the code 1518 on my mazda mpv was caused by the plastic clip that holds the linkage for the intake manifold runner had broke on the fire wall side and the linkage fell out causing the runner to stay open. It is very difficult to see. It is on the front( drivers side) of the engine below the upper intake manifold. Remove the air cleaner box and use a mirror and you can see it. Only about 6 inches long. Replace both clips while you are in there because it is a bear to get to. Check this first before you go through the other items like the egr. Inexpensive repair and my code 1518 and the one for randon miss fire went away never to return. Lots of power again. Good luck. Jim

.1518 / INTAKE RUNNER CONTROLL FAULT Look at the rods where they attach there is a plastic bushing holding the rod fast. These plastic clips tend to break. If it breaks the rod will fall off and create the code you have. If the rods are attached check the lines to the actautors that the rods attach to and make sure there are no breaks in them. If there is a break you can fix it by installing vacuum hose between the broken peices.
