There is a free tool available called Free Windows Registry Repair tool and as the name sounds, it is free to download and free to use. So, go ahead and install it. The link to this tool is provided in the Resources Section at the bottom of this page. Open the tool and run the Full Scan as shown in the image.

Once the scan is completed, the tool will list out a number of errors. These errors can be corrected using the box Fix Errors as shown in the below image. This will correct the Windows registry errors and if it was the actual cause behind your error, you would now be able to install the software.

THE PROBLEM The
Windows Error 2350 occurs when the installed version of the Windows
Installer is too old for the MSI to execute. The registration entry for
the engine has been damaged and all attempts to execute the MSI
installation packages will not be successful.Errors on your system may be caused by invalid registry entries and outdated or corrupt drivers.
THE SOLUTIONTo
fix the registration entry for the Windows Installer, the Installer
service should first be registered then unregistered using msiexec
/unregister and msiexec /regserver (Type both command in run) or the command line switches. The
user will then have to restart Windows.

Step2:
Start the Windows Installer service.
1. Click Start, type Services.msc and press [ENTER]
2. Double-click Windows Installer.
3. Set the Startup type of Windows Installer to Manual.
4. Click Start to start the service. Note down the error message if any.
5. Click OK.

The Windows Installer CleanUp utility deletes all files and registry settings associated with a program's Windows Installer configuration.
