This is because the explorer.exe process is not running on your computer, you can start the service from the task manager
Press the "ctrl" " , "alt" and the "delete" key together on your computer, it will open up the task manager, you need to click on the file option on the left top corner of the task manager window and select the option new tasks and then type in explorer.exe in that window and click on ok. This will solve the problem.
