Sure can !! this head unit has three composite video input jacks on back of unit (three stereo sound jacks as well) if your only using say one of them for your dvd or vcr then that leaves you one to plug in a back up camera , it of course is sold separately , but any good composite output camera will do , and of course wire needs to be long enough to reach from rear bumper to lanzar head unit in dash , so be mindfull of that , after its all connected just select composite input you have it connected too , and violia !! there your view of what's behind you !! a rather neeto thing to do is connect two cameras to your spare inputs , one front and one back , if the front camera is infared enabled , it will help you see thru bad weather !!!!as infared isn't encumbered by using viable light that gets all scattered in fog and heavy weather , that's how helicopters land in bad weather !!
