As you will know, this tablet is especially made for the prison service. If you are still incarcerated you can only get it fixed via the prison service. If you are out, any cellphone / tablet / computer shop can look at it.

Hi maximun SD card is 32 GB ...if u use a larger one it will not work cheers.

What is the manufacturer and model of your tablet and what is the error code? Usually a quick fix for many is a reboot, power it fully off, then power it back up again. Maybe weak batteries? It's really hard to tell without knowing the manufacturer, model number and error code.

Get a USB external keyboard.

If the screen is cracked you would be better off just getting a new tablet - i fix them for a living and only Apple tablets are worth fixing - mainly because they are so expensive and even so replacement screens cost a lot.
