Haha, possessed LOL

Most likely cause is that you have pressed down the centre scroll wheel on the mouse, which changes its response to insane scrolling. Press it again to feel a click and it should behave.

My hp laptop is not connecting to my printer although both are connected to wi fi in house but it wont print, help

please tell Laptop model or OS it runs windows what?
no printer told, model.
do other things in the home work on WiFi, like TV or other PCs.
yes/no"?
if all things work in home and only a wifi printer is failing
we do the self test page first in the printer.
printers that go offline for errors, can not print via wifi or usb
called a dead printer.'! ( and frankly they love to)
so we test he printer all by itself,
no printer told but the manual for it shows 1 or 2 things
printer self test page
and or printer calibration mode.

go to OEM printers web site.
find your printer
RTM read the manual, page titled, self test page.

My scroll bar keeps going down

My volume control kept going to the bottom and muting and scrolling pages was impossible. Kept running to the bottom as well so I read and read and tried and tried. In the end the solution for me was simple. The center button on my wireless mouse was stuck. I pushed on the center button, something went pop unsticking it and everything works. Play with your mouse or replace it.

Can you print a configuration page on this device. I need the meter reads/volumes.

Hi, you can print a configuration page from the C6180 by following these steps:

- Press the Setup button on the printer's operation panel
- Using the down arrow button, scroll down until you see Network, then press OK.
- Scroll down again until you see View Network Settings, then press OK.
- Scroll down until you see Print Network Configuration Page, then press OK.

To view configuration page instructions and ways to view page counts on other printers, copiers, and fax machines, visit the How to Print Configuration Pages blog.

To determine what the problem is run a self test page. Push the "Setup" button then choose option 2 then option 5. This will print a Self test report page.

Once your in Help scroll down to "Maintain your HP All-In-One", open the sub-menu and choose "Clean the HP All-In-One". On the main help page sellect "Print a Self-test Report".
