When you sign onto Amazon. Search for your model (generation) Firestick remote. They do show several replacement models. Consider the age of your unit and how it operates before buying. We enjoy our Firestick but recently replaced it due to speed and glitches. We bought the Fire TV with 4K Ultra HD for $75. and really like it. No glitching, fast and voice control. Hope this helps. Please write back if there are other questions. Good Luck.
You might try this, worked for my Comcast remotes:
Code for Comcast Remote Control is 13183
Code for Voice Control Remote Control is 12292, however when you go thru the automated process of programming your TV you need to select TCL as your TV brand. Do not select RCA for Voice Control Remotes.
0281,0288,0284,0286. These are the general setup codes used. Try these codes. For more information http://electrohelponline.blogspot.com/ Setup procedure, and setup code list to many popular remote controls are given. Pull up older posts.
You might want to see if you can get a Universal Remote that will program to the correct code to operate that tv. If that still doesn't work - it could be that the infrared receiver in the tv went bad? Then you'd be going to the repair shop to have it checked out. You might do that anyway and they can tell you for sure ... if your remote really went bad, or if the problem is in the tv.
You can check on ebay for this. They have many different options. You can also get a universal remote for the TV. If you buy one that learns, you can use a remote from Best Buy or somewhere that has the remote you are looking for.
Can I suggest maybe instead of trying to program your universal remote
control, maybe a better solution is trying to buy the original
replacement remote control for your Cyberhome DVD Player. I've been
down this road before and eventually you'll be faced with not being
able to find the solution and not left many other options. I went to
http://www.everytvremote.com to buy a cheap replacement remote for my tv and got it within a week and didn't have to worry about
programming the universal remote ever again!
Maybe a good idea is to go find the original replacement remote control for your television. I know that the cost of buying a new replacement is almost the same cost as the universal remote and less hassle when you receive it, because the replacement will just work! I went to every tv remote controls website to buy the replacement remote control. They have a pretty large selection so hopefully they have what you are looking for. Great site with good customer service, I would definitely recommend them. If they don't have what you are looking for, there are other sites out there like them that can help, just search on google for your tv/remote model number and you should be able to find the original.
