How do you fix google play services when it keeps coming up it has stopped? This is on mr ematic tablet

You have two options, use the 2nd only if the first doesn't fix the issue.
1. clear the cache (see link)

you need google play store fixer do a search for it and install.

This happens on the Android system including all Google services
Google search,Youtube,Play Store ...
To fix this problem :
go to Settings
- Application manger
- Google Play services
then Clear Cache .
that's it

You have a microphone on. Check your audio settings.

Sounds like defective battery

Lithium ION battery may be damaged by extended use. If available try a warranty replacement.

I have an Em63 doing the same thing with Google Play Store and YouTube etc. How do we fix this problem? Any help out there?

I had the same problem. I finally realized that it wants you to select the country, however the drop down list is blank. No resolution! I finally ended up using the amazon app installer. Pain in the butt, but it works. You just need to set up an account with amazon and download the android app installer. Hope this helps.
