How to manually manage content on your iPod- Get your iPod. Connect it to your computer. Start iTunes program. In the source list, select your iPod. Now click on iPod options.(On the bottom right corner of iTunes) and select Manually manage songs and playlists option. Click ok and done! So here' s how you remove songs form your iPod manually.
Connect your iPod to your computer.
Go to the source list and click on the icon which looks like an iPod.

you have two choices :
1- Go to Itunes than connect your Ipod, Your songs will display than you delete them.
2- Go to computer, Click on the Ipod icon, Select the music and delete the songs from there.
