Is this a gas unit? There maybe a problem with the burner ignitor, it looks like a glow bar, if it is on it's way out, you will start to get intermittent operation, it should draw at least 3.2 amps, and is located right next to the bake burner itself, if this is an electric oven then there are a multitude of problems that may exist
You may have already called service and that is a good Idea since this could be a fire hazard if something was left in the oven when it comes on.
First I would check all the key lights on the oven controls to ensure that they do light. We have the same stove and several times we have brushed the top panel and turned things on accidentally. Ensure that the audible alarm is on/working - it helps.
The next strategy has to do with all the myraid of oven control modes if there is a defalult - reset to it . Otherwise cancel all timing or alternative mode methods for controlling the oven.
Has there been power outages or power surges correlating to these turn on phenomena? A surge protector if such a thing exists may be needed and static electricity may play in this as well - good luck.
the oven may be trying to protect itself because of a faulty device that says "I'm too hot". As electric clothes dryers have a thermal high temp limit switch to protect them, look for this device (may be 1 inch round with 2 wires connected) and replace it
