In halo matchmaking info can not load from server.

make sure your properly connected

your in ternet is really bad and you need it bossted orf kick everyone of your internet and puyt a security key on it because mine was horrible until i put a password on it and found out my neighbor was using my wifi

make sure you are connected, restart the console and try again. did you concider that the server might be down?

first check your fire wall settings on your comp, then make sure its just halo, if its just halo then it could be the disc.

ok you got to buy a new disc or try cleaning yeah i did that and solve it also if that didnt work buying a new memory unit and disconnect your hdd so now u dont have a hdd but you got a portable memory

No its not down, im in matchmaking right now and is it any of your settings maybe? Its a problem with your server because thats why its saying about retreiving information from the server. i dunno what thingy to put it in so i put it in solution

Alot of times it is because of your connection. Try resetting your Internet service provider or router and try it agian.

Your NAT is not allowing people to connect to your server and you cant connect to there servers because of this. The best option is to go to your firewall programs on your computer and allow more things through your router or modem.

Halo 3 Matchmaking could have something to do with the Maps as it usually does. Try changing from Matchmaking to Custom Games and then back again and see what happens. Also if you have the Heroic And Legendary Map Packs then try re downloading them without deleting them. If none of this works try a complete new copy of the game and make sure it isnt installed to your hard drive.
