Is it the power cord? If so I have the same problem it is the motherboard the power needs to be soldered back on. Right now I am using a clamp for a temporary fix.

Have the alternator bench tested. The output from the regulator may be 12 volts which will power the vehicle but it needs 14.5 volts to charge the battery
