If not, then try to take your SIM card out and put i back in. It might have been shaken loose or something. If that doesn't work; check i the SIM card is scratched. In that case get a new SIM card.
It is also possible that the connection plates on the phone might be scratched. In that case: get a new phone.
Turn off the phone and pull the battery out. Put a small amount of alcohol on a cotton swab and gently try to clean the sim connectors. Put again your sim card e turn on your phone. After that, if the phone doesn't recognize the card, try with another simcard if possible.
Looks like your card is damaged - or connector is malfunctioning. Try to clean your SIM's contacts with a gentle pencil eraser first. If it doesn't help try device with the other SIM card. If it able to read another card, just replace yours in yours carrier's store.

There is the problem with Memory card connector or Memory card IC try to replace both it may get solved. if your Mobile technician then only try this if not then Please Visit your nearest Nokia Service Center(Nokia Care) they will do it properly.

I did some research for you, and the possibility of why it doesn't read that card (I'm guessing you mean the microSD card?) Its because it only reads microSD cards that under 8gb, meaning it can't read one's that are higher than 8gb, and it can't read any new generation of card with the SDHC rating on it. So my suggestion to you is to buy a cheap microSD card that's 8gb and under, or if it has the original microSD card that came with the manufacturer of the phone (or service provider) to give them a call, and ask them what is going on with your card. Maybe it has become corrupt or already was.

your phone has to be compatible with sdhc card or it wont work this means higher then a gig there is software download you have to get for your phone so that your memory card will work
