Hi, the water-level switch regulates your washer's fill volume. This switch is usually a diaphragm device with a small, clear tube attached between the switch and the bottom of the washer's outer tub. As the water level in the tub increases, the pressure on the air in the tube increases. When the pressure reaches a certain level, it activates the switch, shuts off the water, and signals the timer to begin the agitate cycle. If the switch is defective, it may prematurely signal the water to shut off. If so, you probably need to replace the water-level switch.

SOURCE: My washer did fill, but
Hi tragz,
If it can't drain, it won't spin. There may be something preventing the pump from draining in the Pump filter. You will need to clean it.
Please follow my below Tip on how to do it:
ACCESS, DRAIN & CLEAN THE DRAIN PUMP FILTER
Kind Regards d")

SOURCE: The washer fills agitate but won't spin & drain
Possible fault with the program controller unit. You need to check the program cycle outputs using a multimeter connected to measure the output voltage. On start the inlet should open and then close as the water level sensors works and then proceed to wash. So this much seems OK. Now in the next step the drain valve must open to drain off, then fill once again with the inlet working and water level being sensed. If there is no output in this section cycle then the prrogram controller has errors within the memory . You can remove the panel and reset all connectors and connections.
