We purchased a kettle from Tesco model number 20460 and unfortunately the lid will not stay closed.Can a replacement lid be provided.

The model number you listed is not a Tesco model but a Russell Hobbs Buckingham 20460 Kettle (1.7L capacity in Brushed Stainless Steel). The only way to get hard to find Russell Hobbs electric kettle parts is from Russsell Hobbs. They will not sell any parts that are in short supply or becoming obsolete. Please visit their website, follow the instructions for repair and send the unit to them.
