The PF error code indicates "power failure" condition. The fact that it was indicating on the display while fully loaded tells me that you have a bad electrical connection somewhere on the machines PC boards or supply.
The spin cycle is also triggering this condition when the vibration on the machine shakes the "bad" connection and causes a brief loss of power to the machine.
The UE error code (Unbalanced Error) displays when you wash items that cause the machine to shake badly during the spin cycle, if possible wash and drain the items only, then open the door and stack the items evenly on both sides of the drum in order to balance it, now select the spin cycle.
It sounds like you may have a motor control board issue. It acts like the motors brain and tells it what to do and when. part number 8182706. Also the closet error code i could find is a f/02 which means long drain, which could indicate a bad pump or draining cycle, alos knows as the spin cycle This should definetly be diagnosed by a technician. hope this helps
Is the machine in Spin Cycle when this is happening? What part of the washer selected cycle does the Cycle Status LED say the machine cycle is in. If it’s in the Spin Cycle I think you have a clutch issue.Do you take any error codes to the LEDconsole display such as dC or uC?
If you stop the machine in that cycle and do a Spin Only cycle will it complete?
Do you want to DIY the fix?Let me know and I will try to help…..Rich
Hi, I have the same washing machine and it flashes UE on the error code during spin cycle when I have one thing in there, or if the clothes are uneven. I usually have to wait until the lock light goes out, re-arrange the clothes and continue spin cycle. If it is just one item in there, I usually have to manually wring it out as it will keep saying error if I keep trying to spin.
