It's quite easy if you rely on a iOS data transfer tool.I've used an Ultimate iPhone Manager, which is called AnyTrans. It's capable of transferring all kinds of data between iDevices.
If you want to sync some contents or clone the whole iPhone data to iPad,just download and have a try.

You can sync iPhone to iPad with Wi-Fi connection. You will need iOS 5 or later installed on your iOS device, and iTunes 10 or later installed on your computer. Then just check out the following steps about syncing iPhone to iPad wirelessly over Wi-Fi connection.
1. Plug your iPhone into computer via the USB cable. iTunes will launch automatically, if not, manually start it.
2. When your iPhone appears in iTunes, click the "Summary" tab at the top of iTunes. Find "Sync with this iPhone over Wi-Fi" and check it.
3. Disconnect your iPhone. The icon of your iPhone still appears in iTunes. Click the eject button and you will disappear the icon of your iPhone, but the Wi-Fi syncing is still on.
Then when you are charging your iPhone, the Wi-Fi syncing will automatically starts. Repeat the steps to your iPad, and then you will get the same contents in your iPad, including apps, movies, music and so on. You are also able to manually add items to iTunes Library while the Wi-Fi syncing, and you will get the files synced as well.
The Wi-Fi syncing makes you sync iPhone to iPad in a pretty easy way, although it is slower than the cable syncing, the iDevices can be used even when the Wi-Fi syncing is ongoing. Moreover, the Wi-Fi syncing enables users to sync the non-purchased items with no efforts.

SOURCE: How do I take an iPhone 5s apart
Dont take it apart, just turn it off and stick it in a tub of rice. Just enough rice to cover it.

I guess you probably have the Simple Passcode setting turned off. Go to Settings> General > Passcode Lock and toggle the Simple Passcode option.
