if it password to open you tablet you will have to hard reset it by going youtube typing how hard reset a prestige pro 9d tablet and they should be a few videos watch them before you do it

if its you google account go to youtube type prestige pro 9d tablet bypass google account there show be a few videos what come up watch a few first before you do it ignore the video with computers because you can do it with a computer and just tablet the youtube will show you

1. Open the "YouTube" application
2. Verify you are signed in (if not sign in)
3. Click the menu button in the top left corner (it looks like 3 horizontal lines)
4. In the top section you will see the following including Watch later:
   1. Home
   2. My Channel
   3. Subscriptions
   4. History
   5. Watch Later

Some YouTube videos are using flash encoding, since iPad does not support flash, some videos on YouTube won't work. Just watch that video on a PC or from an android device and it will work. There is nothing wrong with your iPad or the video, it's just not supported.

In fact, iPad can't support flash player, so you can't watch YouTube video on iPad directly, If you want to finish it, you should depend on some Youtube app. Or you also can download the YouTube video with Aneesoft free Youtube downloader and than converting the Flv(Youtube video format) to Mp4 or Mov with Aneesoft free FLV video converter. At last, you can sync the videos to iPad.
