I use a Canon ImageCLASS MF4350d Laser All-in-One (2711B001AA) Printer. When i want to photo copy, it shows system error -E225. What does that mean?

I think that error code means a problem with the scanner/lamp. Any type of Exxx code means the machine needs (repair) service. This is a fairly new product and should still be in warranty, so I recommend you contact your regional Canon service agency.

Error code 5100

5100 means either there is paper stopping the carriage from moving properly, or there is grease on the plastic strip behind the carriage. If you wipe off the grease with a Q-tip the error will go away.

Canon IR C4080i

The drum will either produce an error code of E000020 with multiple subcodes. This is time to change it. Also if your getting weak density or solid backgrounding of a particular color. These are all ques to change the drum.

Canon Imagerunner C4080i

As long as it is a proper ground and a 15amp service it should be fine. On all color copiers I would reccomend that you install a line conditioner (it is a surge supressor plus it filters line noise).
a line conditioner will add a longer life to the copier.
