If the iPad is new or set to factory default, you may need to connect it to your iTunes acct. the easiest way is by syncing it with your computer. Otherwise an iPad has no way to load your information or anything.

Yes use text plus or some other type message app that allows voip calls, normally you need to buy/earn airtime. Your iPad must maintain an active Internet connection while in use, if it's the cellular version you can go places with it and make and take calls, the iPad has a microphone built in but I fold it's better to use a headset on iPad for phone calls.

Well, this isn't definite, but it could be worth a try, but you'll lose your information on your iPad air, so if you have data on it you also don't want to lose, I don't believe it can be done, without some hacking techniques. Backup your iPad 1 to iTunes, then erase all data on your Air. Once you have now plug your air into the computer you just backed up your iPad1 and select to restore from backup. Like I said you will olds all of the data on your air, and if it's not duplicated on your iPad 1, then it'll be gone forever and probably not worth it for this one game.

Is it really gone? From the home screen, swipe down from middle of the screen to show iPad search. Type "App Store" in the search box. Scroll down to Applications section. Is App Store there? If so, it's on your iPad - perhaps dragged into a group somewhere.

If not, plug your iPad into the desktop Mac or PC you're using to sync. Select the iPad in the left column and click the Apps header. Scroll the list until you find the App Store app. The button should say "Install". If so, click it, then sync your iPad.

I have similar problems with my Targus keyboard connection to ipad w/ ios 7, but not yet found solution. In my situation, connect can only be made after a complete power down. Keyboard is on; Bluetooth is on; iPad says it has discovered and connected to the Targus Versavu Keyboard, but keypad does not respond.
