The machine makes a noise and it increase the noise as the speed increases. Samsung WD0704REU
I suspect that you either have a Tub bearing problem; there might be a fault with the inner tub (it has come loose on its mountings). or the counterbalance weights on the outer tub may have worked loose.
But from the limited information you have given, I tend to think that the inner tub bearings may be failing?
I hope this helps?

you will have to access the bottom of the agitator from the back of the machine. Either you have loose bolts or else you agitator bearings are shot

hi, i would suggest the timer/programmer is faultyas it is ok on the other cycles, the noises you have described may have caused some damage,

If the washer fills up with water and you hear the motor running but the agitator doesn’t move, the agitator coupling is the most likely problem. First pump the water out by turning the timer to spin. Once the water is out, turn the washer off. Now pull up on the agitator until it comes off (it may be hard to pull off). Now that the agitator is off, you can see the agitator coupling, reach down and try to turn the coupling. If the coupling turns freely, it is striped out and needs to be replaced.

It sounds like the motor needs to be replaced, you can drain the water by taking the drain hose from the drain and lowering down water will drain.
