In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.

The solution is to either contact a TV repair business locally or replace the TV.

Factory Default Reset:

- Unplug the TV and count to 10 slowly.
- Hold down the power button on the TV (not the remote.)
- Plug in the TV while holding power button.
- Count to 10 and release the power button.
- Turn it on and hope for the best.

your main board that takes all the input is the cause to this problem. you can try to reset the tv by disconecting it from the power outlet, then press the power button on tv (not on the remote) and hold it down for 30 seconds

Your looking at profesional repair. It could be DC/DC convertor, Monitor unit or PC/IF unit. (last two are expensive)
