Hi, need some help if possible, i sent a print , its saying waiting o print but it does not copy or print , its sending me these messages, can u help me out

Ensure that the flat side of the Xerographic latch is tight against the flat edge in the indentation on the front of the Xerographic module. Press on the left side of the toner cartridge to ensure the developer assembly is touching the Xerographic module.
09-700 Toner Supplying Error RAP The toner module has stopped supplying toner to the xerographic module.
Procedure WARNING Switch off the electricity to the machine. Disconnect the power cord from the customer supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity can cause death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury. 1. Check that the tape seal has been removed from the xerographic module, PL 9.10 Item 1. 2. Remove the toner module, PL 9.10 Item 2. Check that the locking lever opens and closes the toner shutter. 3. Install new components as necessary: • Toner module, PL 9.10 Item 2. • Xerographic module, PL 9.10 Item 1.
Is the paper a shade of grey with no image? or is there an image with a grey background? If there is a image with a grey background you should try a new toner module. If that doesn't resolve the issue, clean the xerographic drum, make 10 blank copies, if the cleaning doesn't resolve the issue than install a new xerographic module.
You can try this.

The CSDC zero point was too high during auto setup. Perform 20-3 U Codes Clearance . Go to the U9-4 Xerographic Process Problem RAP U9-5 Xerographic Process Problem RAP .
