Samsung PN64F8500AFXZA turns on but has audio only no video. Was intermiden, now permanent. Also, sometimes has no audio either.

Samsungs have a habit of using faulty capacitors on the power-board. Remove the back cover and look for swollen capacitors on the power board. If they are swollen, you can de-solder the bad ones out, and solder new ones in.

That is a plasma television and parts are no longer available for it. They have been replaced by LCD/LED displays.

Video is good but audio is bad..
It could be that the audio head may need to be adjusted. Sometimes they shift during shipping. Any camera store should be able to adjust it for you.
