SOURCE: inmotion speeker dock wont charge new ipod touch

This is because you are using different generations.

If the dock was only meant for 1st generation, then itwill only charge 1st generation. It's how they make their money.

SOURCE: My Altec Lansing Inmotion used

That is a tough one. Is your iPod fully seated -- will it play music in the im600? Have you tried a different iPod in the im600 to see if it charges? Does your iPod recharge normally in other players, in a wall charger and your computer? If not, your iPod could possibly need a new battery.
Also: since it was unplugged for 3 weeks, you may just need to run the im600 through a full cycle or two (let the FM radio play until the battery is dead, with no iPod in it), then recharge the im600 for 5 or 6 hours, and THEN mount your iPod into it and see if it charges it. Be sure to unplug/plug-in the adapter into the im600 to ensure it is getting full power from the wall outlet. One last thing: the im600 will only charge the iPod when it is plugged into AC power; it won't charge the iPod while it's running on its own battery power. Good luck!

SOURCE: my altec lansing im600 won't

Hi

Take out the battery from it. The battery is accessed by removing just two screws with a cross head, and pulling its cover off. Disconnect the battery and plug it back in. This will work.

Also try this...

Detach the power adaptor and battery
Also remove any external USB devices
Hold the ON switch in for 30 secs (dispersing all internal power)
Put the power adaptor in ONLY (confirming that the power source is Ok too)
Try turning on

If it works
Turn off, and put the battery back in
Turn on

Please get back to us if you have further query else please accept the suggestion.

I have a Yamaha RX-v1800 amplifier. Need help connecting a Bluetooth music receiver

To connect the Bluetooth music receiver to your Yamaha RX-V1800 amplifier, you will need to use one of the available input options on the amplifier. The Yamaha RX-V1800 should have various audio input ports, and the specific connection method will depend on the output options provided by your Bluetooth music receiver. Here are the general steps to connect the receiver:
  1. Identify the audio output options of the Bluetooth music receiver: Check the output ports of the Bluetooth receiver and determine what type of connection it supports. Common output options include:
    • 3.5mm headphone jack (analog)
    • RCA (analog)
    • Optical (digital)
  2. Choose the corresponding input on the Yamaha RX-V1800: Depending on the output options of the Bluetooth music receiver, you need to select the appropriate input on the amplifier. The Yamaha RX-V1800 should have various input options, such as:
    • AUX (usually a 3.5mm stereo input)
    • CD (analog RCA input)
    • DVD/BD (analog RCA input)
    • OPTICAL (digital optical input)
  3. Connect the Bluetooth music receiver to the amplifier: Use the appropriate cable or adapter to connect the output of the Bluetooth music receiver to the selected input on the Yamaha RX-V1800. Here's how to do it based on the different output and input options:a. If the Bluetooth receiver has a 3.5mm headphone jack (analog output) and the Yamaha amplifier has an AUX input (3.5mm stereo input), use a 3.5mm to 3.5mm audio cable to connect them.
    b. If the Bluetooth receiver has RCA outputs (analog) and the Yamaha amplifier has corresponding RCA inputs (CD or DVD/BD), use an RCA cable (red and white connectors) to connect them.
    c. If the Bluetooth receiver has a digital optical output and the Yamaha amplifier has an optical input, use a digital optical cable to connect them.
  4. Set the input source on the amplifier: Once the Bluetooth receiver is physically connected to the amplifier, you'll need to select the corresponding input source on the Yamaha RX-V1800. Use the amplifier's remote control or front panel to select the input source you connected the Bluetooth receiver to (e.g., AUX, CD, DVD, OPTICAL, etc.).
  5. Pair and play: Turn on the Bluetooth function on your iPhone, put the Bluetooth receiver into pairing mode, and pair it with your iPhone. Once paired, you should be able to play your music from the iPhone, and the audio will be transmitted to the Yamaha RX-V1800 amplifier for playback.
Please note that the specific labels of the inputs on your Yamaha RX-V1800 might differ slightly from what I've mentioned, but the general concept of connecting the Bluetooth music receiver remains the same. Always refer to your amplifier's user manual for the exact location and naming of the input ports.

An address incompatible with the requested protocol was used.

it's kind of hard to post exact answer of your question because you have not mentioned details about your error message so.
by the way,
Generally, it happens if you do not have permision to retrive from one device to another one so you need to make that, your both device are paired before you try to send any data.
if already paired then disconnect once and reconnect again and try it.
thanks

I'm trying to connect my computer to my Sansui A3100 receiver so that I can listen to my computer music via my speakers which are also hooked up to my receiver. Everything is hooked up correctly. Can you...

I would connect the computer directly to the speakers not the receiver to confirm the impedance is compatible. Connecting via the receiver complicates the issue.

Which output channel are you selecting on the receiver.

Bluetooth not found by computer

Hi Bryan,
if you installed the printer by USB, the computer will have installed the drivers for that connection. ( Although USB is Plug and Play ) I,d refer to your user manual regarding bluetooth connectivity, also your printer.
The bluetooth device ( printer ) usually has to transmit signals, to be detected by the Computer. You,ll probably find that if you enable bluetooth on the Laptop. And turn the bluetooth on the Printer ( if Applicable ) by turning on/off or other function ( sync et,c ) the laptop will sense the Printers signal.
Once you have a communication between the two your setup.
I,d suggest unplugging the USB, as the laptops software/hardware, will assume that the printer already has an adequate connection, and will look no further.
Hoipe this resolves your questions regarding Bluetooth Connectivity.
