The images printing my pogo printer are much ,much darker than the image on the camera. Is there anything I can do to improve the brightest?

I always use the blue sheet to clean the machine before printing..

TO CLEAN PRINT HEAD, TAKE AN A4 SHEET OF PAPER CUT IT TO SIZE FOR THE POGO,BUT MAKE IT (3) THREE THIKNESSES THIK, FEED IT IN UNDER THE PRINT HEAD AND CLOSE LID, WHILE THE PAPER IS BEING EJECTED PUSH UP ON THE PAPER THAT IS BEING EJECTED WITH YOUR FINGERS, YOU MAY NEED TO DO THIS A NUMBER OF TIMES, BUT IT WILL CLEAR THE STREAKING. IT WORKED FOR ME AND MY POGO DOSE BRILLIANT PRINTS.HOPE THIS HELPS PEOPLE. JB

Be shure that the part to be printed is facing you and the "polaroid" logo is facing down

SOURCE: wont print from digital camera

Look in your camera settings and change the connection from USB to Pictbridge. If that's possible then you should be able to connect.

not sure if you've fixed this problem but I'm having same problem too. The picture are so dark I can't really see the image. Quality is so different from the videos I see on youtube. I test 10 photos and still doesn't work

Canon LBP5000. The printer has stated to print a shadow image of the darker parts of the print. Not always from the start but after some prints. The shasow image can also be from the previous print. It is...

Had the same problem with LBP5000. Used the Cleaning Utility(Options/Cleaning) in the printer software, had to run it several times, the shadow did not go away the first time. Looks all right now.

I cant print using my phone even tho it has bluetooth and the pogo is listed as a device

LG phones seem to send images with characters other than 0-9 and A-Z in the image filename. It looks like either the Pogo, or the LG phone bluetooth software doesn't accept this (I see "disconnected" if I try to print an image with a filename like that)

This solution "works" to the extent that renaming the file helps, though I don't know how to avoid these characters appearing in the filename of the photo in the first place :

I have not used my Phaser 6110 for about 3 months, and now print quality is bad. It appears to be only the black that is affected. print quality is faint although slightly darker down one side. I have...

This sounds like the doctor blade within the black developer unit inside the image unit has become contaminated. This means that not enough black toner will be attracted to the developer roller. This usually manifests itself as feint thin lines of print running vertically through the text being printed. This can be repaired and is a known issue with this image unit.
If the printer is in warranty tell them you want it replaced, if not then take the image unit back to the supplier you bought it from and demand a replacement.

Photos printing too dark

try editing the photo.. more brightness, contrast etc etc.. see if it will also print brighter... if it still prints the same i guess its time to throw the printer back to epson

Hi try coping a document from the machine and see if the copy comes out with these lines. If it does then the machine scanner unit is faulty and will need replacing. If not then the likely thing is that the printer device drivers are incorrect or faulty. reinstall the drivers or download a up to date driver from hp.com for the other printing darker try changing the graphic processor mode in the driver. Goto printers and faxes right hand click on the printer icon and select properties.

Once in properties select the advanced tab at the top of the windows within this tab at the bottom select print processor. Once in there choose another graphic mode OK close and test if no improvement select a different one and so on until improvement is achieved. if no improvement then reinstall the drivers if you haven't already.
