The manual refers to 7 blink code.

I would look at the freewheel lever. Disengage and then engage the freewheel and see if this corrects the problem. If not, you may have a bad freewheel switch.

Problem Check Point
The driving of the wheelchair is too slow or insufficient, the status
indicator lamp flashes slowly Batteries are exhausted and need to be recharged
1 flash The battery needs charging or there is a bad connection to the battery. Check the connections to the battery or charge batteries.
2 flashes There is a bad connection to the motor.
Check all connections between the motor and the controller.
3 flashes The motor has a short circuit to a battery connection.
4 flashes Freewheel is engaged.
5 flashes Not used.
6 flashes The controller is being inhibited from driving; this may be because the battery charger is connected.
7 flashes A throttle fault is indicated. Make sure that the throttle is in the rest position before switching on the scooter
8 flashes A controller fault is indicated. Make sure the controller connections are secure.
9 flashes The parking brakes have a bad connection. Check the parking brake and motor connections. Make sure the controller connections are secure.

hi, 7 flashes implies the throttle lever (speed pot etc) is not in the correct position, other words not dead center, (PGDrives S -Drive Controller)

Let me explain , the pot in question is a 5K value and the throttle lever rests in the center of that about 2.5k give and take

If you can see the bottom of the metal stem in with the throttle lever is mounted there should be a cross head slot now that should be dead center, the slot facing you as you sit on the scooter, slightly off center will cause the fault reported.

Hi. Does the light flash a few times and then pause, and then repeat the flashing ? Count the flashes, it is a fault code. Do you have the fast/slow switch in slow? It might be a speed control fault. How old are the batteries? Might have a faulty motor. Faulty motor or battery leads and connectors. Go for a ride and then check if any of the plugs and sockets feel hot.
