2003 suzuki grand vitara 5 spd, wont start pretty sure it is the clutch safety switch. Tried to bypass still will not turn on

Trying to bypass the switch will not work, cos the computer will sense that the resistance value is incorrect. You need to replace that switch.

My Gigaware ubs mouse keeps looking up, how do I stop this?

You should try replacing the batteries in the unit, if it still freezes after that, try unplugging and replugging the wireless receiver. If it still freezes, try it on a separate PC. If it freezes still yet on a different computer, then you know the mouse has a hardware problem and should be replaced. If it doesn't freeze on the other PC then you will need to reinstall the software for the mouse on your main computer.
