How can I get the anti scale / vinegar into the iron if it's not steaming?

Run white vinegar through it or CLR lime and scale remover.

Try some lime / mineral remover, from any grocery store. Make sure you arent near any good clothes;) Low temp for 10 minutes then let it soak for an hour. Rinse it out real good.

Make sure you only use distilled water in the future.

My MORPHY RICHARDS 42256 JET STREAM STEAM GENERATOR IRON has stop producing steam. I have changed the filter and although it heats up, it does not produce any steam.

Why is there No steam from morphy Richards 42247 model steam generator?

It may be calcified or have lime scale. If the heater is "gummed up", it cannot heat properly. Try using either vinegar (takes longer) or an iron cleaner. You pour it in and it breaks up the scale. CLR works quite well too. Use pipe cleaners to clear out the holes in the sole plate.

totally open your iron, your iron element or thermostat is dirty with dirsty paticles, clean with thinner & fix it

Steam comes out of the base system reducing the amount of steam that now comes out of the iron. The filter has been changed, could it be block with scale.

Yes it could. Try using CLR, Lime Away, both are Calcium, Lime, and Rust removers. They attack and disolve all 3 types of build ups almost instantly. You can buy eithere at most supermarkets, hardware stores. Use it on your shower heads too, it will improve water flow, Follow instructions to the letter,
