Unless your pressure washer is specifically designed to use hot water, the answer is no. They are not intended for hot water and this can damage the pump.

I dont know how to heat the water on my pressure washer

The water supply to a cold water pressure washer can be warmed for better cleaning results but any hotter than hand-hot water is out and you would be risking shortening the life of your washer.

Supplying the washer from a large barrel with a hot fire underneath would be a good method - with the feed hose maintaining the level and therefore stabilising the temperature.

Trading the cold water washer in for a hot water washer or even a high pressure steam cleaner would probably be the best option.

Does it hurt a pressure washer to run hot water thought it went they hook up the water for outside to hook it to the hot water i did not no it and i hook it to the pressure washer

most pressure washers have packings that can sustain a temperature of 140 degrees although it as strongly not recommended since the pump head heats up when in bypass mode(triggergun closed)best rule for pressure washer is never leave the trigger closed for more than 3 minutes even with a thermal sensor:):)

My frigidaire affinity lafw8000lw0 4.4cu ft washer wont wash or spin it just stays on sensing? I just got it a few days ago what's wrong with it?

Has this unit worked before with no issues? I have seen a couple of these units that will stop washing at the point where it would need to allow more water in for a rinse and just go into sensing or pause then. I have seen in the install guides that the frigidaire front load washers can be a bit picky on the water supply. They are requiring no less than a 1/2" supply water line (from the valve to the water main as well as the washer hoses), they are requiring no less than 22 psi water pressure and no more than I believe it is 100 psi water pressure, they also require no more than 5psi difference in pressure from the hot water line to the cold water line. What that meant for one customer is that if they had a hot water shower running in thier premanufatured home that the plumbing in the home was not large enought and it ended up dropping the hot water pressure several psi and it would throw the washer into a error. I have seen this now in several affinity units locateded in either trailers or premanufatured homes. If you notice a water pressure drop for example in the shower if someone runs the washer or dishwasher then you could have a pressure issue with the washer. I hope this helps some.

Only get cold water entering washer ... no warm or hot

1. Close hot water valve behind washer.
2. Remove hot water line from washer side and place it in the drain.
3. Open hot water valve to ensure pressure and hotwater is ok in your drain.
4. If not, problem is home related.
5. If pressure and hotwater are ok, then see if your fill valve filter is clogged where you disconnected the hotwater hose attached to the machine.. Its called a fill valve. Sometimes they get clogged.
6. If the hot water side of fill valve looks ok with no blockage, then you might be looking at a new fill valve.

Pressure washer has no pressure coming out

I think yor hot water softened one of the pressure seals and has allowed it to buccle. This will drop the pressure away from the pump. It will require new seals to be fitted and the cost is close to $200.

Why is my warm water is cold? The hot is hot and cold is cold but warm is cold.

There is too much pressure on the cold feed, reduce the pressure on the cold by partly closing off the tap on the cold.
Or ensure the hot feed is fully open and not blocked, check if there are filters inline - remove the feed pipes at the washer end and look into the inlet valves - clear if blocked.
The inlet valve is common to hot and cold water with only a small pipe to fill the machine, the cold water is being forced back up the hot water pipe due to the pressure you can feel the pipe cool down after running hot then go to warm, if hot water is flowing the pipe will stay hot, if not then cold is going up the hot pipe.

Getting only cold water to my washer; hot water is not there

Hot water solenoid valve on washer not working. Test resistance across connectors. No resistance equals bad solenoid. Their not expensive and easy to install.
