My phone camera doesnt work

1 - Switch ON your Sony Ericsson W910i without any SIM Card,
2 - Press the left arrow key/button once,
3 - Press the button * twice,
4 - Press the left arrow key/button once,
5 - The message "Personalize with MNC2" will appear, (or you will have displayed an unlock menu, select the lock you want to unlock)
6 - Enter the Unlock Code.

If your Sony Ericsson W910i does not have a left arrow button/key(e.g. Sony Ericsson W950i) and on a few phones(not all) that have a "JOGDIAL" you must press the "down arrow" key/button instead of the "left arrow" key/button for step 2

ya my frd its common prb in all W91o i phones...its quite a difficult prb to solve...bcoz this actually it s bcoz of manufacturing defect in software...so nw days they production of this phones...v very unlucky people...but stilll that doesnt happens often rgt...rest all features in w910 i is awesome...screen clarity s very gud...earphones output very gud....am i rgt???

actually there s no flash sytem in w910i...its u r wrong choice for W910i..if u wish for a flash in camera...the best way is to hold a torch in u r other hand and click a pic if u r in dark!!!

try reinstalling to fix any virus attack if so or its a hardware problem

get your service provider to send you a configuration sms,it has the message centre numbers and preferences within it..... accept it when you open the message on your phone, let it install, restart your phone and try again sending, should fix any probs :) Goodluck Chas

your camera driver is probably corrupted. You'd be better off using the sony ericsson update service to reflash the phones software. Just ensure you backup any files in the phone memory before you do. I normally copy them to memory card. You will lose all stored notes, text messages, added games/ applications so back up first. reinstalling the software via update service will fix your problem

front camera is used for only video calls but u can still record your video msg by using your front camera.

you need to to go in video call option in menu and than press for any video call but a msg will apear into your phone's screen that video call failed.

now is there will be an option that you can send you video msg with your front camera..thats it

what you need to do is to have the firmware flash on to the phone once again.....to make the camera work.

you will need to take the phone to a mobile service center and have the firmware reflash on the phone to correct the camera issue.
