You need to the latest audio driver.
You can download the motherboardaudio and device drivers from Intel WEB site. Select your model motherboard/device, andmake sure you select the Windows XP or Vista version of the drivers that
matches your Windows operating system.

Go to www.dell.com click on support. Than click on download drivers. If you know your service tag number type it in. I f not, select your pc type. Download a new driver for your card.
Can you find and enter the manufacturer and model of the desktop PC in question? (probably on the computer case) Also can you identify the version of Windows that you are running (3.1, 95, 98, ME, NT4, 2000, XP, Vista, etc). Listing anything you already know about the sound card would also help.
