How do you hook up a Roku box to a LC320EM2

To connect a Roku box to an LC320EM2 TV, you'll need to follow these steps:
  1. Connect the Roku box to the TV using an HDMI cable. Locate the HDMI port on the back of the TV and plug one end of the cable into the Roku box and the other end into the TV.
  2. Power on the Roku box and the TV.
  3. Change the input source on the TV to HDMI by pressing the "Input" or "Source" button on the TV remote. Keep pressing the button until you reach the HDMI input that the Roku box is connected to.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions on the TV to complete the Roku box setup process. This will involve connecting the Roku box to your home Wi-Fi network and creating a Roku account.
  5. Once the setup is complete, you should be able to use the Roku remote to access various streaming services, such as Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video, on your LC320EM2 TV.
If you have any issues during the setup process, refer to the Roku box manual or contact Roku customer support for further assistance.

Just hooked up the streaming stick to HDMI to the TV. nothing is showing up, What do I do now?

Sounds like you have a bad connection on either your roku stick or your HDMI PORT.Does you ROKU stick show a white light if not check power cable or electrical plug.
Try wiggling ROKU stick just a hair or push it in and out until you get a signal..A purple screen with the words ROKU should show up on TV.If you have a bad port on TV it would have to be replaced but this is rare,if you have a second port on tv try that.Have you tried your ROKU stick on another tv?Does your streaming stick go in vertically or horizontally,if it goes in vertically it may be pressing against side of tv prohibiting a good connection. You could try a HDMI cable, plug the HDMI cable into tv and put ROKU in other side of cable. There is also a restart button on ROKU stick push it and it will start blinking,if it doesn't light up you may have a defective ROKU stick.

How do I set up Wi-Fi?

First, you will need you network password, if password protected. Next, connect your Roku device to the television nearest your router.
Start your Roku device, and wait for the Roku main-screen to appear. Then scroll down to "Settings" and hit "OK" on your Roku remote. Next scroll to "Network" and hit "OK' on your remote, then choose wireless, or wired. If you using an Ethernet cable to connect your Roku, you won't need a network password. If your trying to make a wireless connection, this wireless choice is where you'll need your network password.

Roku has been working for months tv screen turned black today in middle of program now nothing. Roku is working because power indicator lights up but nothing on screen.

Check the video output cable (HDMI or composite/RCA, etc.) from the Roku to the TV, to make sure it's still connected. Verify that you're watching the input on the TV that the Roku is connected to. If that doesn't work, contact Roku support. I hope your unit didn't just die.

Roku 3 hdcp

Hello... I searched the internet and found this. I hope this helps...

To resolve the "HDCP unauthorized. Content disabled" issue, try these steps:
  1. If you are trying to stream 4K Ultra HD content when you see the purple screen, review the instructions for setting up your Roku player for 4K. Go to the next step if you continue to see a purple screen.
  2. On both your Roku player and your TV or AVR, unplug each end of the HDMI cable.
  3. Power off your TV and your Roku player and unplug their respective power supplies.
  4. Reconnect both ends of the HDMI cable, pushing them firmly, all the way in.
  5. Reconnect your TV and your Roku player to their power supplies and power them on.
  6. Try viewing the video again.
If the above did not resolve your issue, try these additional suggestions:
  • Try a different HDMI input on your TV.
  • Try using a different HDMI cable (less than 6 feet if available), just to make sure the cable you are currently using does not have any defects.
  • If you are using an HDMI switch or AVR, try connecting the Roku player directly to the TV.
  • Try another TV, if possible.
  • If you are using a computer monitor, try using a TV, if possible.
  • Try using different Display Settings on your Roku player. You can find these settings under Settings >Display type.
  • If this is the first time you are seeing this HDCP purple screen after setting up your Roku player, ensure that your TV and/or AVR supports HDCP. Contact your equipment manufacturer for more information.

My roku streaming device is froze on this blue screen and will not change?

Glenda, Are you connected to your tv by HDMI or AV cables?
The blue screen is usually an indication of one of two things.
1: The HDMI cable has come loose but not entirely disconnected (Turn off Roku and TV unplug the HDMI cable from the Roku AND Tv and reconnect them making sure to seat the ends securely and turn on TV and Roku in that order)
2: your TV or receiver may not support HDCP (a content copy-protection solution) over HDMI. This is generally true for older TV models that have early HDMI implementations that do not follow current standards. Try connecting your player with the included A/V composite cable instead.

How to connect Netflix Roku player with pc and tv

Yes, it connects directly to your TV with a choice of cables - check their site for a description of your options there.  And if you have a wireless network (router) it will connect to the internet through that, so you don't need to have a cable running back to where your computer is.
