keep the develop setting between -30 to +30.If the image is too dark then chck the toner you are using as in most case it is the culprit.

Hi, i want to help you with this issue. However, I need to more details about the issue. Can you login to windows? If so, this is an issue with the hard drive. I suggest you save a copy of your files or do a backup while you can. Afterwards, format your hard drive and do a clean install of windows.

You can do a clean install by booting via cd and just follow the instructions on installing windows. If you are not familiar on how to do this, i suggest you go to the nearest computer or IT store and they can definitely assist you with this.

however, if you can do a clean install. this will definitely work. As long as you don't hear a crackling sound coming from the hard drive.

Sounds like it might be getting over heated. You will have to clean out the cooling system.
