I've had the same thing happen to me. Some of my apps are no longer available.Unless apps are continually updated, they may be left by the wayside. I heard that Apple gave many warnings to app developers to update them before IOS 11 but many just left them there not updated for 2 years. It looks like the app you mentioned had not been updated since Dec 2011. You make consider other apps that are available to help keep your credit info safe. Banks and other credit establishments have pretty good secure apps that encrypt your numbers, purchases and personal info.
I have heard that some people may try to go back to IOS 10 ( to get some of the apps that may still be up available on their iCloud or computer) but I think it only works on older iPhones and/or iPads. Hope that helps.
From the Home Menu swipe down to get the pull down menu. Select the gear on the right hand side which is Settings. Select the Language option which you'll probably have to figure out by translating the word Language to whatever language the tablet is current set to.. If the menus are in the same order as in English it should be immediately after the Keyboard option which you may have to translate to the tablets language. The first option under Keyboard sets the language for the table. Select the first option. If those options are in English select English.
Change language on what? Go to the menu and select English. If you can't figure out the menu because of a different language then go onto your computer or laptop and find Google Translate and type the words into there to decipher.
Either look on the keyboard for a symbol of earth near space bar ....thus will change language ....or go into menu settings and look for language.if it is a language you can't read use another device which you can use google translate and convert English into Chinese ...japenese to see what it looks like in another language.then you will be able to select right option if menu is unreadable.
Select settings, on the apps page, scroll down to language etc. and hit, select the language you want, presumably English, then try the phone. or tablet. The machine will now be in English. If you then reset it will probably go back to the language in which you got the phone so do not do it!
