1. first u should install graphics card software properply and should copy and paste the crack file into the exact path...one method
2. Then check in windows7 whether its a32-bit or 62-bit compatibility
3. Then choose the compatibility and then installed it
4. if its a desktop-pc means check the hardware too..
5. In windows 7 is definetly supported by this grahics card...

You are just about at the "top of the line" for that motherboard. AGP is now outdated and your board does not support PCI express. The only boost from the video card you can get is a ATI 9800 Pro or equal. Although the 9800 doesn't support shader 3.0. Your memory is also low. Try getting another 1 GB ram. Best bet is a new motherboard with PCIe and 2gb or more ram with at least a video card with 512mb GDDR3 or more.
