Sorry we don’t sell parts here but you might do an online search of your model # for the belt.

If it has a belt drive, the belt could be broken. You might hearing the spin of the motor..

go to there website and see if they have instructions on how to open the front of the machine to get to belt.

Hi,if you still have the old belt,take it to the shop and ask them to give you a replacement.

open the door and try to turn by hand the tub! if it goes easely maybe the belt is broke. if you have a hardtime to turn it maybe your motor is burn and stock! take of the belt and try start your W/M.. see if the motor run!!! in other case that can be the drum (out of is axe) or something stock Under the drum!... good luck
