CAUSE: Incorrect setting. This can occur after a memory clear is performed.

SOLUTION: To correct the C-03FF code, set the machine to the correct speed by performing the following:
1. Enter the service mode.
2. Select 2 for the adjust mode.
3. Go to setting AD11.
4. Set AD11 to "1" for 18 cpm.
5. Exit the service mode.
to access the service mode .enter UTILITY KEY STOP 0 0 STOP 0 1 .GOOD LUCK

C03FF, is the improper or unmatched model setting code. go to "service mode" In service mode please select "ADJUST"
in "ADJUST" please select "Model Setting" in "Model Setting" select the cpm, (Copy speed) of your machine, for example if you have bizhub 210, then select "21" from the list. if you have bizhub 163 then select "16" from the list and press "yes" button. code will remove.
