The most common cause of "no dial tone" is not plugged into live phone line. The dial tone comes from the line, not from the phone.

Have you set up 'Call Divert' which returns a 'Broken Dial Tone'

Dial #21# if it is on a Single Line Telephone, or if fitted on a Business System check programme for 'Call Forward'

These phones are digital proprietary telephones which means that they only work on panasonic telephone systems and not on normal analog lines. If you have a panasonic system the correct way is to plug the line into the " To Main Unit ", the handset into " Handset/Headset" and a normal analog phone into " To Tel ". If the wiring on the line jack was not done digitally the phone will also not work

Headset says ringer off, cannot hear dial tone

Switch batteries and try, could be faulty in one of them. Also change input line to other inlet on bottom of base.

sounds as if this phone will need to paired with the base again.

my phone has no dial tone and when you call the phone it has a busy signal. There is no static just sounds like it is not hung up.

is your line provider ok.connect your line to ordinary phone to check if there is really a dial tone from the line provider.if there is a dial tone please let the analog board be cheked by a technician near you
