Question about Pride Victory 4 Wheel Mid-Size Electric Scooter

Check that it is unplugged from the charger. Then check the freewheel lever to ensure it is in gear by placing it out of gear first, then placing it firmly in gear. Do this while the key is OFF. Wait three seconds, then turn back on and it should go.
If it doesn't, and you are sure it's in gear and unplugged from the charger, you should be getting a fault code flashing on the charger display. Consult your owners manual to determine the fault and proceed as recommended.

1. Remove the four screws on the outside perimeter of the console base.
2. Lift off console top cover and disconnect the front-to-back cable.
3. Remove the throttle lever from the throttle pot.
Remove the four screws holding the console base to the mounting plate.

In electronic equipment, it is often a capacitor (One of those electronic thingies in the control box.) that begins to fail and results in a high pitch noise (Oscillation) that will drive you crazy. They still operate correctly but over time they will totally fail. Unfortunately this may require a technician to assist. Happy scooting. Regards Chris… [email protected]
