If it was plugged into a surge protector, check the surge protector warranty. There are A LOT of surge protectors that will cover damage to items plugged into them through their warranty system. I've had full home computers and TV's replaced by surge protector companies to avoid having a hit to homeowners insurance.

There's no available owners manual online for both even on Pinoeer's website. However, you can still get a copy of the manuals by contacting directly the manufacturer's customer support. If you are interested you may contact them at 1-800-421-1404 Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. EST. Just get the model numbers ready and manuals will be sent to you via email.
