TV repair? When you turn on tv, the blue light comes on for a few seconds and then goes out. Nothing else happens, no other lights, no sound, no picture. You can hit the power switch again and the light comes back on, then goes off in a few seconds. Took the back off and checked all connections and looked for any obvious failures bad caps,etc, but nothing seemed wrong. Any ideas on what has failed??

Oct 9, 2012 - Brightness goes down, display draws less juice, and you can at least use .... it's the LCD's Inverter ... you have to replace it for it to go back to ... If the screen is turning off every two seconds or so and then it comes ... i turn my tv on it comes right on, but then after a few minutes turns off, .... Digital Trends for LG.
