Clear GE Silicone adhesive is almost bullet proof for that but make sure the area you will apply it is clean and dry if possible. Clean your caulking gun after use as this stuff gets... well, just clean up well.

There should be some way to manually close it. Look at the owners manual for help. All Power roofs that I have seen, has a small trim cover hiding a bolt or something like that. All it takes is an Allen wench or socket to crank on and close it. For more details

Maybe you shouldn't have moved your girlfriend up to North Dakota with you. I'm sure that it is her fault that your water is leaking in your RV.

Either your condensate pan is cracked or more likely it is just an issue that the drain is plugged.

This is condensate (which of course is water) that is coming from your unit. This is very normal ... Is it leaking inside or running across the roof and down the side of your unit? If it is going inside, there is a drain in your roof unit that is clogged. You must clear the clog. Remove the cover and inspect the base. Turn the unit off first.

It probably has a clogged condensate drain. Take off the cover on top the RV and check hoses or tubes leaving unit for debris or lint. Often this water is used to help cool the condenser so look for leaves pine needles etc in the pan. There may be a cover you can remove on the evaporator section that will allow you to clean the collection pan and hose or trough. Is it possible the RV is far enough out of level that the condensate can't "run uphill"? Always power off while working on this unit unless you are electric savvy. Good luck!
