Hlt50 green light blinks bulb &fan turn on but no picture,green light stops blinking,cannot turn off with remote or set switch.Unplug from wall plug and reconnect wall plug&picture appears.

Press and hold the lock button on the wall control for 3 seconds. The light will stop blinking and your remotes will work.

XL 5200 bulb replace and NO Picture or Sound

3 times blink error code shows Lamp Door is not seated / fixed properly, please recheck it and make sure that door close safety switch is pressed as this switch sends error signal to system control chip.

Symptom shows Lamp is weak in result and causing restart of TV again and again. Your TV requires new lamp as per following part number...

It is available in Sony Accessories Store for $200 and replacement procedure is written in instruction manual of TV.

Always buy Sony original lamp for TV and avoid aftermarket / cheap lamp for TV safety.

Samsung HLN617W1 picture will not come on

Replacing the projection lamp solved part of the problem. I am still concerned about the sound which is coming either from the fan or color wheel. After it warms up the humming sound seems to greatly lessen. I guess I will just wait that problem out until something drastic happens.

Projector problem

I generally fix this by re-seating the bulb housing. Take it out and put it back in. Look for cracking at the base of the bulb on the mirrored surface. It could be a barely functioning bulb that isn't busted, but can't initialize. I would take it to a shop that has the same bub type in a housing and make a quick switch.

Projector powers on but no picture.

depends on how many times the orange light blinks also when you replaced the lamp did you do a timer reset? you can find alot of information on how to trouble shoot this www.infocus.com/support
