Door dispenser not functioning

Hello, I have a PSS25SGNA BS. The door dispenser does not function any longer. The green light blinks every 3 (or so) seconds. Nothing (no water or ice) dispenses. I can "lock control panel". I have changed water filters twice. Ice maker still makes ice, and we can get ice out of the freezer, but not the dispenser. (no motor noise, etc when the lever is pressed.) Is there a novice fix to this problem?

Set off my anti virus allert as well. IMO I would not click on it. As for problem - could be the wiring between the fridge door and the fridge body - usually runs close to hindges - try wiggling it while asking for water to see if anything changes.. Just a guess on my part as I have no experience with this problem.

Liftmaster 1345, sending light is on, receiving light is not on, door will not close, light blinks 10 times, why??

Because we live in a free country the government says garage door openers manufactured after 1993 have to have an inferred safety reversal system (UL325).
You need to adjust the receiving sensor until you have a steady green light, then the garage door opener will function properly again.

Why is my GE profile fridge no longer dispensing ice? Can I fix this myself or do I need a professional.

Ice dispenser doesn't work
  1. Dispenser control board If the ice dispenser is not functioning at all the most likely cause is going to be the dispenser control board. The dispenser control board governs the major portion of the systematic functions of the dispenser and is less likely to be the issue if only certain components are malfunctioning. If the dispenser control board is at fault, it will need to be replaced.
  2. Water inlet valve & low water pressure from house supply If the ice dispenser on your refrigerator is not working properly, one of the first things to consider as an issue is the water pressure to your appliance. The ice dispenser cannot properly function with a psi less than 20. If psi is appropriate, proceed to replace the water inlet valve to correct the issue. You may also be dealing with low household water pressure. This low flow can be examined by using a water pressure test gauge. Once the household water pressure is resolved, you can double check your refrigerator connection to ensure it is now flowing properly and that the ice dispenser is functioning.
  3. Water tube in door is frozen If the ice dispenser is not working on your refrigerator, the issue could be a frozen water supply tube located in the door. Although this may be a tricky problem to locate, the first thing to do is find a connection point in the tube. After this has been found, attempt to blow air through the tube. If the air flows freely through the tube, it is not frozen and this is not the issue. If it does not, the tube is frozen and needs to be removed to thaw out. As it thaws, attempt to ascertain why it froze and correct the positioning of the tubing to prevent the issue from occurring again in the future.
  4. Dispenser switch If the refrigerator ice dispenser is not working properly you could be dealing with a defective dispenser switch. Activated by the dispenser actuator, the switches are responsible for numerous actions including ice cube disbursement, type of ice, and water controls. The switch can be tested using an ohm meter and should be replaced if it does not reveal continuity.
  5. Door switch If the refrigerator ice dispenser is not working, the functionality of the door switch can be inspected. This switch is responsible for turning on the light in the freezer and simultaneously turning off the ice dispenser when the freezer door is opened. If this switch malfunctions, it will show no continuity on the ohm meter and will require replacement.

Sony KDF-46E2000 green lights up then red light blinks 3 times no ricture blinks 3times again and again

be aware it means (3 blinks) lamp door is not closed properly------it is not the lamp door.

What happens here is the door becomes slightly warped from the heat from the lamp. When you remove the door you will if you look carefully see a small opening that lines up with a peg on the back of the door.

Inside the opening is a lever (very small) that is the safety switch-------if the door IS YOUR PROBLEM AND you engage the level with something not metal, the set will come on and function.

If this is the case hold the lamp door edgewise to examine it for bowing.

The door is available on the internet.

The button on wall which has a little green lite in the center, keeps blinking, but the garage door does open

Press and hold the lock button for 3 seconds to stop the light from blinking. That blinking is the indication that the lock function is on and your remotes will not work.

Ge refridgerator model gsl25jfpe bs

I have a gsl25jfpe bs ge regrigerator and the baffle motor that controls air flow from the freezer to the refrigerator is out. This had been causing everthing in the fridge to freeze and cause the water to stop working due to water freezing in the storage tank. The baffle is in the back top of the fridge covered with a plastic cover. Remove plastic cover to check baffle function.

Ice and Water not dispensing. Light button not working

http://www.repairclinic.com/0100_1.asp
There's an ice- or water-dispensing problem The ice and water-dispensing system of your refrigerator is quite complex. Many components work together to provide the ice and water. Aside from a simple problem of a leaky water tube or a jammed ice chute, most other components are not user serviceable. We suggest that you contact a qualified appliance repair technician for such repairs.

Ice and Water not dispensing. Light button not working

INSIDE THE DISPENSER ASSEMBLY IS A SEPARATE ELECTRONIC BOARD THAT CONTROLS THE DISPENSER.
OCCASIONALLY, THE DOOR SOLENOID OR THE CUBE ICE SOLENOID WILL SHORT OUT CAUSING A BURNOUT OF THE DISPENSER CONTROL BOARD. CHECK FOR A BURNT SMELL COMING FROM THE DISPENSER HOUSING. IF YOU SMELL IT, THE BOARD AND/OR SOLENOID NEED TO BE REPLACED.
