Question about Electric Garden
Electric champion lawn mower very old
It's probably a bad bearing, you can try to remove it, then look on the bearing race for numbers and letters, and try to track that particular bearing down on the Internet. It may be too much work or money to fix though, most things are pretty much disposable these days.

one of the problems i found with electric detectors was that they do not tell you if there is a break in the neutral cable so you could have a break there, another problem is that the levers can break inside the cover giving the impression that it should work but is not making contact with the switch ,hope this helps

i have a riding mower and i get that problem sometimes and what i do to fix it is i take a metal pole and put against the motor and gear on the starter and push when it moves i turn the key and that normally fixes it.
